Kelsey Didion
From Kelsey:
My intention is to create a warm, safe space where you can connect deeply with yourself. Together, we’ll acknowledge, process and transform difficult feelings, sensations, and experiences, so that you can live your life fully. I utilize a relational, strengths-based, trauma-informed approach that is rooted in acceptance, non-judgement, and present-moment awareness. I bring warmth, genuineness, curiosity, and intuition to my practice, and consider it a deep honor to witness your growth.
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, complex and developmental trauma, transitions, and relationship challenges. As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), I incorporate additional mind-body therapies into my work, including mindfulness and movement. My practice is also informed by my background in the performing arts. When I’m not working, I love being outside, hanging with my dog, spending time with friends and family, seeing live shows, and exploring new eateries throughout Chicago.
