Therapy Wounds
Therapy Wounds
We hear stories about how other attempts at therapy didn’t go well. You did it right and looked for help when you struggled. But despite a caring therapist, therapy can be ineffective (or worse. . . leave scars). If therapy wounds have made you hesitate before trying again, we want you to tell us. And let us be angry together. It’s our special mission here at FRG to show you why we still believe in therapy.
We insist that our place must be a safe, effective space as our guiding principle. Consistently we love to prove that caring exists to people who are skeptical. At Family Resilience, our therapists aren’t overworked and burnt out. We support each other internally to come to each session as our best self. We go to high level training to challenge ourselves to find more effective models. And we check blame at the door. We believe our genuine humanity will attract the best in you. And keeping it real – when we fall down on the job, we want to hear it, fix it!
Each person through our doors is special and important and deserves to be seen.
Your calls matter. Your family matters. You matter.
“I love my therapist and feel so warm and comfortable here. This is how therapy is supposed to be! I tell everyone to come here.”
