Firearm Owners Identification (FOID) Card
The Family Resilience Group will not be signing FOID card applications or doing any FOID attestation. We suggest that you use a licensed Psychiatrist or Forensic Psychologist for this as we are not comfortable with the liability of such. Comprehensive psychiatric assessment is not our specialty, somatic psychotherapy is.
